Where is Yore® based?

Yore® is a Seoul-based watch brand, established by Aperture Squad Co. (also referred to as aperture squad Co.) in 2023. Our design and engineering teams collaborate across South Korea, the United States, and Germany to create our timepieces.

Where are Yore® products manufactured?

Yore® sources components from qualified suppliers worldwide, including South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Switzerland, France, and Italy. All components undergo rigorous quality inspection and final assembly at our headquarters in South Korea.

Orders and Payments

Which currency are your products listed in?

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payments will be processed in USD.

What payment methods are available?

We accept various payment methods, including PayPal and credit/debit cards.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders are processed automatically for efficient shipping. Once placed, they cannot be canceled or modified, including delivery address changes.

Shipping and Delivery

Is there a charge for delivery?

Yore® offers free express shipping on all orders, worldwide.

To which countries do you offer shipping?

We provide worldwide shipping services. Due to legal restrictions, we are unable to fulfill shipping orders to certain countries and jurisdictions, including Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Johnston Atoll, Kiribati, North Korea, Mayotte, Nauru, Niue, Russia, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, São Tomé and Príncipe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St. Helena, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Wake Island, Yemen.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are expected to arrive within 5 to 10 business days after confirmation, but this may vary depending on the destination and local courier conditions. Additional delays may occur during public holidays and due to customs processing procedures in your country.

All shipments are dispatched with signature-required delivery to safeguard against theft. If you are unavailable on the scheduled delivery date, options include rescheduling, delivery to a relay point, designating a safe location, or authorizing a third party to accept the package.

When is my order scheduled for shipment?

Once payment verification is complete, order processing and shipment may take up to 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information will be sent via email when your order is ready for shipment.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided for all orders and sent via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment status in real time.

Is it possible to change my delivery address?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or amend delivery addresses. Our order processing system is designed for swift and efficient handling.

Are the prices quoted inclusive of customs fees?

For international shipments, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be imposed according to the destination country’s customs regulations. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Yore®.

Failure to settle these charges may result in the return of your order. In such cases, delivery fees incurred will be deducted from any refund.

What should I do if I have a delivery problem?

Yore® ships internationally via FedEx. While we ensure timely dispatch, customs procedures and courier delays may affect delivery times. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Journey Cluster immediately at hello@yore.watch. For customs or courier delays, you may also contact FedEx or your local customs office.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Are the prices quoted inclusive of customs fees?

No, the prices quoted do not include customs fees.

For international shipments, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be imposed according to the destination country's customs regulations. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Yore®.

Will I receive a refund for customs duties and taxes when returning my order?

Any customs duties and taxes incurred during the import process are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot directly refund these customs duties and taxes in the event of a return.

Storage and Handling Precautions

How should I store my watch when not in use?

To maintain optimal performance, store your timepiece in a dry, temperature-controlled environment. Avoid placing it in areas with high humidity, strong magnetic fields, excessive vibrations, or direct sunlight. Ideally, store the timepiece in its original box or a dedicated watch case to protect it from dust and scratches.

How should I maintain my watch if I do not wear it for a long period?

If you are not wearing your timepiece for an extended period, we recommend winding it every few weeks to keep the movement lubricated. Store the timepiece in a safe place away from moisture and extreme temperatures. If the timepiece has a leather strap, avoid prolonged exposure to humidity to prevent deterioration.

What should I do if my watch is magnetized?

If your Yore® timepiece has been exposed to a strong magnetic field, it may run significantly faster or stop intermittently. This occurs when the movement's hairspring is affected. Please contact our Customer Journey Cluster at hello@yore.watch for assistance and guidance on resolving magnetization issues.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you have a return and exchange policy in place?

Do I have to pay to return or exchange my order?

Yore® does not charge any handling or processing fees for returns and exchanges. However, customers are responsible for any third-party transaction fees or customs duties incurred during the process.

How do I request a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Journey Cluster at hello@yore.watch or submit a request through our official website.

Our team will provide detailed instructions on the procedure and necessary documentation required to process your return or exchange request. Please ensure that all returned products meet the conditions specified in our Returns and Exchanges Policy for efficient processing.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please note that transaction processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Upon receipt, all returned items undergo inspection. Refunds may be denied if products show signs of damage, are incomplete, or do not meet the return conditions specified in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Warranty

What is the duration of the warranty?

Yore® products are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.

What is covered and not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, discoloration, and deterioration of leather or rubber components
  • Consumable components such as straps, gaskets, and sapphire crystals
  • Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, improper handling, misuse, or failure to follow the provided instructions
  • Damage caused by modifications, unauthorized repairs, tampering, or servicing by a third party
  • Water damage resulting from misuse or exposure beyond the stated water resistance rating
Are there any charges for warranty services?

For defects covered under warranty, Yore® provides complimentary repairs or replacements. For cases not covered by warranty, repair costs and shipping fees may apply.

Customs fees may be applied according to individual countries' laws. Any customs duties and taxes incurred are the customer's responsibility. We recommend contacting your country's customs authorities for clarification.

How long will the repair process take?

Repairs or replacements typically take 8 to 10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the issue and parts availability.

Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in both repair and shipment.

Can I receive warranty services if I buy a watch from a third-party seller?

Yore®'s warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our official website. Warranty claims require a valid proof of purchase and the original warranty card.

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers may not be eligible for warranty service.
