Customers may return or exchange Yore® products purchased directly from our official website, provided they remain unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a specific reason.

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must meet the following conditions:

• Remain unworn and unused, in their original condition.
• Be returned in the original packaging, including all labels, warranty card, and instructions.
• Include all original accessories and protective wrapping.

Products that are damaged, show signs of use, or are missing components will not be accepted for return or exchange.

1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
2. If approved, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, or an exchange will be processed for another Yore® product, as per your request.
3. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Yore® does not charge handling or processing fees for returns and exchanges. However, customers are responsible for any third-party fees such as transaction charges (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit card fees) and customs duties incurred during the return and exchange process.

For returns or exchanges, please submit a request through the contact page on our official website or contact our Customer Journey Cluster at hello@yore.watch. We will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return shipping address and required documentation.
