Scope of Warranty

Yore® provides a two-year international warranty covering all manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. A valid proof of purchase from Yore®’s official website is required to claim the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, discoloration, and deterioration of leather or rubber components
  • Consumable components such as straps, gaskets, and sapphire crystals
  • Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, improper handling, misuse, or failure to follow the provided instructions
  • Damage caused by modifications, unauthorized repairs, tampering, or servicing by a third party
  • Water damage resulting from misuse or exposure beyond the stated water resistance rating

Warranty Service Requirements

To claim warranty service, you must provide a valid warranty card, proof of purchase, and/or order confirmation.

Warranty Service Procedure

  1. If a defect is discovered in your product, contact our Customer Journey Cluster immediately at hello@yore.watch.
  2. Photos or videos may be requested to assess the condition of the product.
  3. Once we approve the warranty service, we will provide return instructions for repair or replacement.

Repairs or part replacements typically take 8 to 10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the issue and parts availability.

International Warranty

This warranty is valid worldwide but subject to local consumer protection laws. Service availability and terms may vary by region, and certain restrictions may apply.
