The case is crafted from 316L stainless steel with a diameter of 38.3 millimeters and a thickness of 8.45 millimeters, excluding the crystal. The finishing combines refined polishing on selected surfaces with industrial brushing applied to the sides, creating a subtle contrast that enhances the overall presence of the timepiece. The crystal is a double-domed sapphire, designed with a curved profile that flows seamlessly into the bezel, giving the exterior a cohesive and integrated appearance. The crown is etched with a symbol representing GYRE, the central concept of the timepiece.

The case back is decagonal in construction, engineered with five recesses for secure screw-in assembly. It is engraved with the specifications of the timepiece, along with an inscription referencing the Korean War, also known as The Forgotten War, which served as the historical motif for GYRE-0001. Its finishing combines circular brushing and a matte surface treatment that extends across the sides. The interior is decorated with a perlage pattern.
